Cancellation & Refund Policy
1. Scope
This policy applies to the $1,450 Private Wellness Program purchased through alenanutrition.com. It should be read together with the Terms of Service & Program Agreement.
2. Requesting Cancellation
To request cancellation or a refund, email dushenko.alena@gmail.com in writing and include the purchaser’s name, order reference, and a brief explanation. The satisfaction-based refund eligibility and deadline are stated below. Requests are reviewed under this policy and applicable law.
3. Before Services Begin
The satisfaction-based partial refund described below is measured from delivery of the completed Personalized Wellness Guide. This policy does not promise a separate full refund before service commencement. Any non-waivable statutory cancellation or refund rights remain unaffected.
4. After Services Begin
If you are dissatisfied with the services provided, you may request a partial refund equal to 40% of the $1,450 program fee ($580) within seven (7) calendar days after delivery of your completed Personalized Wellness Guide. The remaining 60% ($870) is non-refundable, except where applicable law requires otherwise. The seven-day period begins on the date the completed guide is delivered to the client, not on the purchase date or the date the intake form is submitted. Submit a written refund request to dushenko.alena@gmail.com within this period, identifying your name, order reference, and the reason for dissatisfaction. Eligible refunds are issued to the original payment method. This policy does not restrict non-waivable consumer rights or remedies under applicable law.
5. Laboratory Testing and At-Home Collection
The approved laboratory panel and the at-home blood collection option are included in the $1,450 program fee. The non-refundable portion reflects personalized preparation, laboratory coordination and testing, and other program services. No separate deduction from the stated $580 eligible refund is imposed for included laboratory services, except as required or permitted by applicable law.
6. Separately Purchased Supplements
Physical supplements are purchased separately and may be subject to the applicable merchant’s shipping, cancellation, and return terms. Any merchant policies must be clearly identified before purchase.
7. Approved Refunds
Eligible refunds equal 40% of the $1,450 program fee ($580) and are issued to the original payment method. The remaining 60% ($870) is non-refundable, except where required by law.
8. Disputes and Mandatory Rights
